Striving is the most beautiful posture of workers in the new era. In recent years, Wujiang District has vigorously promoted the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, deeply advanced the reform of the industrial workforce, comprehensively improved the quality of workers, and created a social atmosphere that honors labor and a work ethic of striving for excellence, turning more "unfamiliar craftsmen" who contribute to the times into familiar role models.
It is understood that this selection was open to skilled workers from all walks of life in the district, focusing on industries such as silk textiles, electronic information, equipment manufacturing, and new materials. It emphasized frontline and operational workers, while also considering skilled craftsmen inheriting intangible cultural heritage and skilled personnel from political and legal, medical, educational, and scientific research units. Based on four criteria—outstanding skills, outstanding innovation capabilities, significant leading role, and significant contributions—the selection process adopted a top-down and overall promotion approach. After expert review, investigations, comprehensive assessment, and public announcement, the organizers ultimately determined 20 recipients of the third "Wujiang Era Craftsmen" award and 10 nominees for the "Wujiang Era Craftsmen" award.

Ten years of accumulation and refinement
As a post-90s generation, Zhang Keke has been working in the field of carbon fiber composite materials since graduation, and has been engaged in related work for nearly 10 years. Currently, she serves as the Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Aosheng Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd., primarily responsible for the production and R&D, quality control, development of new customers and new product applications in the wind power new materials sector, as well as the improvement of existing technologies and processes, and the auditing of system procedures. Since joining the company, Ms. Zhang has led and participated in several major industry projects, including carbon fiber composite plates for wind power carbon fiber beams, and has repeatedly promoted the implementation of these projects and the mass production of products, contributing to the development of carbon fiber blade production and the wind power industry through her actions.
A fruitful decade
Zhang Keke led his team to win the "Vestas 2023 Global Supplier Best Quality Award," and his meticulous cost-reduction solution saved the company over ten million yuan. He has received the company's "Outstanding Contribution Award" for several consecutive years. He has also received numerous accolades, including the "China Patent Award (Excellent)," the "Jiangsu Provincial Composite Materials Society Youth Science and Technology Award," "Gusu Key Industry Shortage Talent," and "Suzhou Outstanding Talent." He has been awarded multiple honors, including the Chinese Society for Composite Materials' 4A-level wind power and 3A-level composite sheet science and technology achievement certificates. He has obtained over 10 invention patents, 19 utility model patents, and 2 design patents.
He firmly believes that the next decade will be even better.
