In 2022, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully convened, clarifying that the central task of the Communist Party of China is to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups across the country to build a modern socialist country in all respects and achieve the second centenary goal, thus comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization. The report of the 20th National Congress pointed out the need to deepen the reform and development of trade unions and other mass organizations, effectively leveraging their role as bridges and links.
The Party branch of Aosheng Technology earnestly studied, publicized, and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress, strengthened the Party's leadership over trade union work, and promoted the improvement of the quality and efficiency of trade union work. The Aosheng Trade Union closely focuses on the production and lives of the company's employees, effectively fulfills its functions, unites and leads all employees to strive for the development of Aosheng, and works hard to create a new situation in trade union work.
Strengthen theoretical study and raise political awareness
Focusing on studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, Aosheng Technology organized activities such as lectures on the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, visits by ideological and political teachers to enterprises, "Remembering the Original Aspiration of the Red Boat," and a Party history knowledge competition, to fully implement the mission and responsibility of enterprise trade unions in the new era and ensure that the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress is put into vivid practice in the trade union system.
Selecting and promoting advanced role models to spread the power of example
We fully leveraged the exemplary role of role models, actively organized participation in the selection of "Craftsmen of the Times" and "Model Workers," and conducted the annual selection and commendation of outstanding employees to a high standard. We selected 21 outstanding employees, 2 outstanding grassroots cadres, and 2 advanced collectives. Throughout the year, we commended 25 employees for their rationalization proposals and recognized other individuals for their outstanding contributions. We widely publicized the deeds of these exemplary individuals through multiple channels to enhance employees' sense of professional responsibility, mission, and honor.
Conducting a variety of themed activities
We held a themed Party history knowledge competition to encourage employees to keep the Party's glorious history and great achievements in mind; we enriched employees' lives and built a platform for them to showcase their artistic talents; we held festival celebrations to unite employees' consciousness and create a sense of belonging and identity with the company; we improved employees' skills by holding skills competitions, and through activities such as comparing with, learning from, catching up with, helping those who are lagging behind, and surpassing those who are advanced, we created an atmosphere of learning from, catching up with, and surpassing those who are advanced, and built a high-quality industrial talent team for the company.
High-quality construction of facilities and provision of "zero-distance" services
Adhering to a work orientation centered on enterprise employees, we strive to enhance their sense of gain, happiness, and security. In collaboration with higher-level trade unions, we have upgraded infrastructure and strengthened our facilities, giving the "Employees' Home" a completely new look. Currently, it encompasses a Party and Mass Service Center, a Party member activity room, a gym, a yoga room, a relaxation room, an employee reading room, a psychological counseling room, a legal aid center, a carnation service station, and a craftsman's workshop, making the trade union facilities a truly warm home for employees to relax after work and a satisfying home for them to pursue their dreams and improve their skills during work. In 2023, the Aosheng Trade Union was awarded the title of "Model Employees' Home" by the Wujiang District Federation of Trade Unions, was designated a "Mother's Station" demonstration site, and was named a "Wujiang District Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio."
Promote democratic management and complete the employee representative assembly election with high quality.
In September, the Aosheng Trade Union held its Second First Member Representative Congress as scheduled. The 33 representatives actively participated in all agenda items, diligently fulfilling their responsibilities. Aosheng Technology elected a new Trade Union Committee and a new Trade Union Finance Review Committee. The first plenary session of the Second Trade Union Committee elected various specialized working committees.
With favorable winds, it's the perfect time to set sail and spur on the horse to gallop forward. Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Aussun Trade Union will streamline new avenues for serving enterprise employees, promote the reform and innovation of trade union organizations, closely focus on employees to continuously advance the high-quality development of the industrial economy, contribute to the "14th Five-Year Plan," and embark on a new journey.
