To fully ensure the safety of employees in the factory area, enhance their awareness of first aid, master key rescue practices, improve their emergency rescue capabilities in the event of accidents, and create a good atmosphere for safe production within the company, Aosheng Technology conducted a training activity on common first aid knowledge on August 29. Employees from multiple departments participated in the training.

This training activity was conducted in cooperation with Nordu Medical and our company. Professional first aid instructors were specially invited to further enhance the fire safety awareness and self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities of our employees through first aid case explanations and on-site simulated cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and to establish a safe "firewall".

During the practical training session, the instructor led the trainees through the steps of CPR and assisted them in performing emergency resuscitation on mannequins. The instructor promptly corrected any errors in the chest compressions, ensuring that each trainee's technique, depth, and frequency were accurate.

A trainee's post-training reflection: "This was my first time receiving first aid training, and I learned a lot, especially in the hands-on practice. The instructor's corrections helped me better master the correct first aid skills and improve my self-rescue and mutual-rescue abilities. Although this skill isn't used in everyday life, it can be life-saving in critical moments, making it very meaningful. We will increase publicity and guidance in production, and conduct various drills to help employees shift from 'I have to be safe' to 'I want to be safe, and I know how to be safe.'"
