To meet the company's development needs and enhance its personnel selection capabilities, on August 31st, Aosheng Technology invited experts to organize a high-efficiency interviewing skills training session themed "The Top Interviewer." Aosheng Technology's middle and senior management participated in this training.

During the training session, participants were divided into groups to quickly break the ice and form teams. Addressing the current state of corporate interviews, instructor Ren Chao provided an in-depth analysis of four key aspects: the importance of recruitment interviews, the standardization of the interview process, the targeted nature of talent standards, and the precision of structured interviews. Through comprehensive and standardized explanations of interview techniques, participants quickly became familiar with talent interviewing and selection skills. He also used various corporate case studies and practical methods to provide clear and concise explanations of the challenges in quantitative evaluation of interviewees. The training also included practical exercises for specific recruitment positions, with participants working in groups to simulate scenarios and receive detailed feedback on each group's presentations. This directly addressed the pain points companies face in recruiting and identifying high-potential talent, offering strong practical guidance.
