Recently, Shen Xiaolin, Vice Chairman of the Wujiang District Federation of Trade Unions, and her delegation visited Aosheng to investigate the creation of the Aosheng Technology Workers' Home. Relevant leaders from the Pingwang Town Trade Union accompanied the investigation.

Shen Xiaolin and his delegation had a cordial conversation with the head of the company's labor union, learning about the company's production operations and labor union work. After listening to a report on the construction of the "Employee Home" at Aosheng Technology, they visited the site and affirmed the company's achievements in innovative labor union work, corporate culture development, and talent cultivation.

Aosheng Technology Union

The trade union of Jiangsu Aosheng Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2018, starting from the needs of employees and using employee benefits as the closed loop. After multiple upgrades and empowerments, the Aosheng trade union has achieved diversified infrastructure development, encompassing: a Party and Mass Service Center, a Party member activity room, a gym, a yoga room, a psychological relaxation room, an employee reading room, a psychological counseling room, a legal aid center, a carnation service station, a mother's station, and a craftsman's workshop. In June 2023, Aosheng Technology unveiled its "Six Strengths" Model Employee Home.
