To further improve its industrial system, expand new development space, and coordinate production capacity planning, Aosheng Technology launched a production technology upgrade project in July 2022 to produce 5.5 million square meters of pultruded carbon fiber sheets annually for wind power. On December 10, 2023, the first batch of production lines in the carbon fiber beam pultrusion workshop of the project was installed and put into operation. This represents a qualitative and quantitative transformation for Aosheng Technology in response to the expansion of the carbon fiber market and the continued release of demand in the wind power sector, adding new impetus to the realization of domestic substitution of carbon fiber.

Strive to achieve higher production capacity targets

After a year and a half of construction, installation, and trial operation, Aosheng Technology's new production lines have been launched one by one amidst great anticipation. The smooth operation of these new production lines leverages advanced new manufacturing equipment to drive production capacity and a technologically advanced testing center to ensure quality. This maintains and enhances the completeness and supporting capabilities of the industrial system, improving industrial integrity. Simultaneously, it efficiently gathers innovative elements, independently expands into new industrial sectors, and enhances industrial advancement. With all production lines fully operational, the newly added intelligent production line for carbon fiber pultruded sheets for wind power will be able to produce 5.5 million square meters of pultruded carbon fiber sheets for wind power annually.
