To promote the development of skilled personnel among all employees in the factory and to build a platform for the growth and development of front-line employees, the 2022 "Aosheng Cup" Employee Skills Competition, hosted by the Pingwang Town Federation of Trade Unions and organized by the Aosheng Technology Trade Union, was recently held at the Aosheng Technology Factory.

       This year's "Aosheng Cup" competition consisted of three events: yarn splicing, UT (Ultrasound, Transformation, and Finishing) competition, with rankings based on a scoring system. The competition focused on assessing the contestants' theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and each contestant showcased their best abilities, meticulously completing each event.

After a fierce competition, three first-prize winners, five second-prize winners, seven third-prize winners, and eight honorable mentions were selected. Prizes included a fully automatic washing machine, a refrigerator, and a Xiaomi tower fan. Wang Qun, Chairman of the Pingwang Town Trade Union, Ren Jianmin, Deputy General Manager of Aosheng Technology, Zhang Dongling, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Huang Xianzhong, Manager of the Wind Power Quality Department, presented the prizes to the winners.

This competition provided a platform for frontline employees to hone their skills, exchange experiences, improve their abilities, and showcase their talents. Participants expressed their intention to use this competition as an opportunity to learn from each other, complement each other's strengths, and address any shortcomings. The Aosheng Technology Union will continue to use skills competitions as a tool to foster a positive atmosphere of competition, learning, catching up, and surpassing, promoting the development of a new generation of workers and contributing positively to the development of Aosheng Technology.
