On the morning of July 1st, the groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of the Aosheng Technology Optimization and Upgrading Project was successfully held at the Zhonglu Science and Technology Park. Wang Guorong, Deputy Secretary of the Wujiang District Committee and District Mayor; Qian Yu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Wujiang District Committee and Deputy District Mayor; Dai Dan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Wujiang District Committee, Minister of Publicity, and Secretary of the Pingwang Town Party Committee; Zhao Wei, Mayor of Pingwang Town, and other leaders attended the ceremony. Founded in Pingwang in 2002, Aosheng Technology initially engaged in traditional textile business. In 2007, it resolutely transformed and entered the carbon fiber field. In the past decade, Aosheng Technology has successively won the world's number one market share in nuclear magnetic resonance carbon fiber mechanical components, the world's number one domestic enterprise in carbon fiber usage, and the world's number one market share in wind power carbon beams. In order to make the company's development more sustainable, Aosheng plans to develop hydrogen energy projects on the basis of expanding carbon beam production. Due to the rapid development of the company, the demand for land resources has increased significantly. With the strong support of leaders at all levels of government, the groundbreaking ceremony for Aosheng Technology's two projects has finally been held.

Project groundbreaking ceremony
The groundbreaking ceremonies for two projects by Aosheng Technology were held. One project, a smart transformation project for wind power pultruded sheet production, has a planned total investment of 1.06 billion yuan, adding nearly 25 mu of industrial land and 48,000 square meters of building area. It will add 84 intelligent production lines for carbon fiber wind power pultruded sheets, along with distributed photovoltaic power generation equipment, with an annual production capacity of 15 million meters of wind power pultruded carbon fiber sheets. Upon reaching full production capacity, it is expected to generate an additional 1.5 billion yuan in output value. Meanwhile, another important project under Aosheng, the Runtian Textile Organic Renewal Project, has a planned total investment of 500 million yuan. It will demolish existing factory buildings, add 65,000 square meters of building area, and construct a project with an annual production capacity of 50 million square meters of high-performance carbon fiber composite materials. It plans to purchase 50 sets of domestically produced prepreg machines and construct supporting distributed photovoltaic power generation equipment. The products will mainly be used in hydrogen cylinders for new energy vehicles, with broad development prospects. Upon reaching full production capacity, the project is expected to generate an additional 2 billion yuan in output value.

The launch of Aosheng Technology's new project is not only a proactive step in Suzhou's "14th Five-Year Plan" for energy development, exploring energy revolution to drive comprehensive and high-quality urban development, but also a pragmatic move by Aosheng Technology to implement the spirit of the 25th meeting of the 14th Wujiang District Committee Standing Committee. We also hope that leaders at all levels, including Wujiang and Pingwang, will continue to provide support, expanding the scope and scale of government-enterprise cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results at a higher level.
