In Suzhou, there's a well-known and extremely popular hiking route: the famous "Lingbai Line," considered the most classic route for hiking among Suzhou residents. The regular Lingbai route is always bustling with people, resembling a pedestrian street on a mountain.

To enrich employees' leisure time, provide opportunities for relaxation amidst busy schedules, promote communication and interaction among employees, strengthen cultural development, and enhance team cohesion and corporate culture, Aosheng Technology's labor union organized a hiking trip along the Lingbai Trail. Let's join hands on the Lingbai Trail, meet at Baimajian, and share a drink of Taihu Lake water.

Lingbai Devil's Line

Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Route: Lingyan Mountain Scenic Area Entrance - Lingyan Temple - Dajiao Mountain - Yangchang Ridge - Ancient Trail - Baimajian Longchi Scenic Area - Total distance: 8 kilometers

From Lingyan Mountain to Baimajian, hiking enthusiasts have blazed a new "devil's trail."  While called a single trail, there's no fixed route; it involves traversing several mountain ridges, including Dajiao Mountain, mostly along undeveloped mountain paths. The terrain is varied, with ups and downs and all sorts of conditions, making for a more exciting and challenging hike than conventional routes.

From start to finish, the journey was thrilling and dangerous.  With steep slopes and gravel paths, descending the mountain mostly involved sliding down in a semi-crouched position.  A single misstep could easily lead to a dangerous tumble.

There are also many areas with piles of loose rocks and steep cliffs, requiring you to use both your hands and feet to get through!

Suzhou doesn't have towering mountains, only small hills.  But it's not about the height of the mountains; we simply love this city where everything feels just right.
