On September 1st, the 29th China International Composite Materials Industry Technology Exhibition grandly kicked off. Aosheng Technology, which has been deeply involved in the composite materials industry for many years, made its debut at this exhibition, showcasing the company's hard core achievements in the research and manufacturing of carbon fiber composite materials; Subsidiary Ausheng Hydrogen Energy showcased 5 high-pressure carbon fiber composite gas cylinders, covering various application tracks such as low altitude drones, commercial aerospace, and vehicle hydrogen supply.

Multiple gas cylinders are on display:

The five products exhibited by Ausheng Hydrogen Energy this time are all carbon fiber composite high-pressure gas cylinders, which are customized and developed with exclusive processes around different application scenarios such as low altitude, aerospace, and automotive, accurately matching various industries
Strict performance requirements:
9L-35MPa hydrogen storage cylinder for unmanned aerial vehicles: lightweight and compact, suitable for long-term operation of hydrogen powered unmanned aerial vehicles;
20L-35MPa hydrogen storage cylinder for unmanned aerial vehicles: large capacity hydrogen storage to meet the endurance requirements of large and medium-sized hydrogen powered unmanned aerial vehicles;
160L-35MPa aerospace gas cylinder: high strength and reliability, suitable for complex commercial aerospace working conditions;
385L-35MPa on-board Type III hydrogen storage cylinder: suitable for commercial vehicles such as hydrogen energy heavy-duty trucks, with large hydrogen storage capacity, longer range, lightweight and weight reduction, reliable pressure bearing, and meeting the needs of long-distance trunk transportation;
260L-20MPa Car mounted Type III Natural Gas Cylinder: Suitable for natural gas powered vehicles, relying on the lightweight advantages of composite materials, effectively reducing the overall weight of the vehicle and improving its range.
Technology sharing session
On the first day of the exhibition, Sun Yan, the R&D manager of Ausheng Hydrogen Energy, gave a special report on the IV type composite material hydrogen storage cylinder project. The speech is based on the company's practice of mass production of Type III gas cylinders, sharing the technical route, key points of process research, and sample testing verification of Type IV cylinders. It analyzes the practical difficulties in the industrialization process such as inner liner material selection, winding process, and cost control, and provides an objective analysis of the landing prospects of Type IV cylinders in the direction of vehicle mounted and energy storage. The scene attracted many industry insiders to stop and listen.

On the first day of the exhibition | Technical Exchange
On the first day of the exhibition, upstream and downstream peers and customers visited the booth to observe the exhibits in person. The visiting guests consulted on issues such as carbon fiber winding technology, lightweight gas cylinders, adaptability to working conditions, and industrialization landing. The on-site team answered product parameters and practical application cases one by one.

The Shanghai International Composite Materials Exhibition will last until September 3rd. Industry colleagues are welcome to visit and exchange ideas at booth 6M18 in Hall 6.2 of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). We look forward to working together with partners to promote the development of composite material pressure vessels and hydrogen energy industry. Ausheng Hydrogen Energy will continue to deepen its research and development of carbon fiber high-pressure gas cylinder technology, optimize the performance of hydrogen storage and transportation equipment products, and work with industry chain partners to steadily promote the landing and application of low altitude economy, commercial aerospace, vehicle mounted hydrogen energy and other scenarios.
