On February 2nd, the Fourth Session of the 13th Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) grandly opened in Nanjing. The four-day meeting saw Mr. Xu Wen Qian, Chairman of  Aosheng Technology, participating as a Hong Kong and Macao representative.  With a strong sense of responsibility and mission, he actively engaged in various agenda items, contributing his wisdom and strength to the prosperity and development of Jiangsu.

Actively Fulfilling Duties, Proposals Focus on Development Hotspots

During the meeting, Chairman Xu Wen Qian fully demonstrated the responsibility and commitment of a CPPCC member. He conducted in-depth research and meticulous preparation, submitting several high-quality proposals. These proposals closely revolved around key areas and hot issues of Jiangsu's economic and social development, covering various aspects such as social welfare, industrial upgrading, and Jiangsu-Hong Kong integration.

In terms of social welfare, he proposed comprehensively optimizing Jiangsu's high-rise building maintenance system and establishing a diversified regulatory mechanism to ensure residential safety. He also proposed optimizing Jiangsu Province's social insurance contribution policies to promote sustainable enterprise development and protect employees' rights.

Regarding industrial upgrading, drawing on  Aosheng Technology's practical experience in the high-end manufacturing sector, he suggested strengthening upstream and downstream collaboration in the hydrogen energy industry chain, cultivating and expanding emerging industrial clusters, and enhancing the overall competitiveness of Jiangsu's industries.

For Jiangsu-Hong Kong integration, he proposed further optimizing the policy environment, strengthening the advantages of Jiangsu and Hong Kong in production and research and development, promoting exchanges and cooperation, facilitating resource sharing and complementary advantages, and injecting new impetus into Jiangsu's high-quality development.

In-depth Learning, Drawing Strength for Progress

Chairman Xu Wen Qian, along with other CPPCC members, carefully listened to and studied the speech of Mr. Xin Changxing, Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Secretary Xin's speech was insightful and rich in content, pointing the way and outlining the blueprint for Jiangsu's development in the new era and on the new journey.

Chairman Xu Wen Qian was deeply inspired. He said that Secretary Xin's speech fully reflected the provincial committee's foresight on Jiangsu's development and its deep concern for the people, further strengthening his confidence and determination to contribute to Jiangsu's development. He will deeply study and understand the spirit of the speech, combine it with his own work, identify the entry points and focus areas for fulfilling his duties, and actively participate in Jiangsu's economic construction and social development with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach. As a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Chairman Xu Wen Qian has always kept his responsibilities and mission in mind, actively fulfilling his functions of political consultation, democratic supervision, and participation in government affairs. He has fully leveraged his strengths, maintaining close ties with compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao and people from all walks of life, actively promoting Jiangsu's development achievements and investment environment, and attracting more Hong Kong and Macao enterprises and talents to invest, start businesses, and innovate in Jiangsu.
