On September 30, 2025, Jiangsu Aosheng Composite Materials Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aosheng Hydrogen Energy") obtained the first special equipment production license (B3) for metal-lined fiber-wound gas cylinders in Wujiang, marking a key step forward for the company in the field of hydrogen energy equipment. This fills a gap in manufacturing qualifications in Wujiang and injects momentum into the improvement of the regional hydrogen energy industry chain.
The metal-lined fiber-wound gas cylinder (B3) special equipment production license is a significant milestone for Aosheng Technology Group in its deep cultivation of new energy and expansion of high-end composite material applications. It serves as a "legal passport" for entering the core field of high-pressure hydrogen storage equipment, enabling it to develop and produce standard fiber-wound gas cylinders in accordance with national regulations. This lays the foundation for expanding the hydrogen energy market, supporting the development of the hydrogen energy industry in Wujiang and the Yangtze River Delta region, and promoting the hydrogen energy industry chain from "concept" to "entity," and from "fragmented" to "clustered."

Development: A New Milestone in the Footprints of Struggle
Looking back at the development of Aosheng Hydrogen Energy, the "Aosheng Speed" and "Aosheng Precision" are evident. On July 1, 2023, the first pile was driven into the project site, marking the official launch of the Aosheng Hydrogen Energy industrialization project. At the project's inception in July, the team focused on goals, validated technical routes, and optimized solutions to ensure compliance with national special equipment safety standards and industry trends. After project construction began, the builders overcame difficulties such as tight schedules and heavy workloads to advance the factory construction. In January 2024, the main structure was capped, and the project entered the "equipment installation phase." In May of the same year, the civil engineering acceptance was passed, clearing obstacles for equipment installation.
During the equipment installation phase, the first production line equipment, the core MJC equipment, and the German ROTH equipment were successively installed and commissioned. Technicians calibrated parameters and tested performance according to process parameters to ensure coordinated operation of the equipment. The installation and commissioning of the automated line improved the intelligence and efficiency of the production line, reduced manual intervention, and improved product quality stability. Finally, in February 2025, the "first gas cylinder" successfully rolled off the production line.

Following this, Aosheng Hydrogen Energy initiated type testing, conducting tests on its first model of fiber-wound gas cylinder for pressure resistance, fatigue life, sealing performance, and safety, all of which met the standards. In early August, an expert team conducted an on-site audit, comprehensively verifying resource conditions, quality assurance systems, and safety performance guarantees. On September 30th, it received approval from the State Administration for Market Regulation, officially obtaining the "Special Equipment Production License," marking Aosheng Hydrogen Energy's full readiness for commercial production of B3-level fiber-wound gas cylinders. Fiber-wound gas cylinders are core equipment for hydrogen storage and transportation, already applied in areas such as public transportation and industrial production. Aosheng Hydrogen Energy's certification will further expand its application boundaries.

The Future: Drawing a New Blueprint for Hydrogen Energy Development
In the future, Aosheng Hydrogen Energy will increase its investment in new product research and development, focusing on areas such as hydrogen storage for drones and special gas cylinders for commercial aerospace, breaking through technological bottlenecks to launch more competitive products; it will also promote the construction of the Type IV hydrogen storage cylinder production line, expand production capacity, and improve the level of intelligence to achieve "both quantity and quality improvement".
