Springtime warmth, safety first
To further enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees and improve their emergency response capabilities, Aosheng Technology recently held a unique spring fire safety sports meet. This sports meet combined drills with practical exercises, using both intense and well-organized simulations and engaging competitions to help every employee deeply understand the importance of fire safety and master practical fire-fighting skills.
With the commander-in-chief's order, "Aosheng Technology's spring fire drill officially begins!" the deputy commander-in-chief quickly sounded the alarm, and the sharp alarm instantly pierced the sky above the company, officially kicking off a simulated fire emergency evacuation drill.
Each emergency response team responded swiftly, covering their mouths and noses, bending low, and quickly and orderly evacuating the office area according to the predetermined evacuation routes. During the evacuation, everyone reminded and helped each other, and there were no chaotic situations such as crowding or trampling, fully demonstrating the excellent emergency response capabilities and teamwork spirit of Aosheng employees.
Each team leader quickly arrived at the designated assembly point, carefully counted their team members, and reported the number to the commander-in-chief. Upon verification, it was confirmed that some personnel were injured in the simulated fire. The commander-in-chief immediately activated the emergency plan and organized rescue teams to conduct rescue operations. The rescue teams, carrying specialized rescue equipment, transferred the "injured" to a safe area for treatment.
The drill also included a fire extinguisher usage and on-site fire extinguishing exercise. The Pingwang Town Fire Brigade was invited to provide on-site guidance, explaining in detail the types of fire extinguishers, their usage methods, and precautions, and providing a live demonstration. Afterwards, employees actively participated, personally experiencing the process of using fire extinguishers to extinguish a simulated fire. Through practical operation, everyone gradually mastered the correct techniques for using fire extinguishers, improving their ability to respond to initial fires.
The atmosphere at the fire-fighting relay race was electric, with participants eager and ready to compete. At the referee's signal, the first runner sprinted forward, high-fiving the waiting teammate. The second runner quickly donned a fire-fighting suit, grabbed a fire extinguisher, and dashed towards the simulated fire source like an arrow, skillfully engaging the safety pin and spraying directly at the base of the flames. The teams raced against each other, demonstrating remarkable teamwork and rapid firefighting capabilities.
The 50-meter fire hose splicing competition was equally exciting. Participants had to lay and splice 50 meters of fire hose within a specified time. During the competition, the team members had clear division of labor and excellent teamwork, demonstrating solid professional skills and a tenacious fighting spirit in the tense and fierce competition.
The 50-meter shuttle run for treating the wounded brought the atmosphere to a climax. Two team members carried a simulated stretcher, with a simulated medical worker beside them; the three worked closely together, running back and forth from the starting line to the finish line. During the race, the team members raced against time, demonstrating their respect and care for life through their actions.
After a tense and fierce competition, the winners of each event emerged. Leaders presented the winners with generous prizes and highly praised and encouraged their outstanding performance.
