On April 26, the 2025 Suzhou Global Investment Promotion Conference, themed "Invest in Suzhou, Win the Future," was held. Governor Xu Kunlin attended and delivered a speech. Liu Xiaotao, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, gave a promotional address. Vice Governor Fang Wei, Secretary-General of the Provincial Government Lü Deming, Director-General of the Foreign Investment Administration Department of the Ministry of Commerce Zhu Bing, and Executive Vice President of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment Peng Wei also attended. Wu Qingwen, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the conference. During the conference, Suzhou awarded plaques to 10 foreign-invested and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-invested research institutes in recognition of their technological breakthroughs and industrial contributions in key areas. Aosheng Technology, leveraging its years of core technology R&D and industrialization capabilities in the field of carbon fiber composite materials, was among the foreign-invested research institutes awarded plaques for its "Suzhou Aosheng Technology High-Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Technology Research Institute." Carbon fiber composite materials, as a core supporting material for strategic emerging industries, are widely used in low-altitude economy, new energy equipment, and high-end manufacturing. Due to their high strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance, they are regarded as the "crown jewel" of global manufacturing. However, this field has long been constrained by foreign technological blockades and product monopolies, and the process of domestic industrial chain self-reliance urgently needs to be accelerated.

In recent years, my country has clearly put forward the "dual carbon" strategic goal to promote the transformation of energy structure and the green upgrading of industries. Against this backdrop, the Suzhou Aosheng Technology High-Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Technology Research Institute, with the mission of "filling domestic technological gaps and breaking international monopolies," focuses on the research and development and industrial application of high-performance carbon fiber composite materials.

The establishment of the Suzhou Aosheng Technology High-Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Technology Research Institute will further accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productivity. Through a product-driven collaborative innovation model, it will efficiently integrate upstream and downstream resources of the industrial chain, promoting the large-scale application of carbon fiber composite materials in wind turbine blades, new energy vehicles, hydrogen energy storage and transportation, and other fields, injecting new momentum into Suzhou's efforts to build a global advanced manufacturing hub.

The awarding of the foreign-invested research institute designation is an important measure for Suzhou to deepen its openness and innovation and promote the implementation of its "dual-carbon" strategy. Aosheng Technology will earnestly shoulder the responsibility of foreign-invested enterprises to "lead the way, play a leading role, and make greater contributions," solidly promote high-quality development, and contribute to building a "strong, prosperous, beautiful, and highly civilized" new Jiangsu.
