On January 18, the Third Session of the 13th Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was solemnly convened in Nanjing, lasting for four days. Mr. Xu Wenqian, Chairman of Aosheng Technology, was invited to attend the meeting as a member from Hong Kong and Macao. He actively participated in various agendas and submitted two proposals: "Proposal on Supporting the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Vehicle Industry" and "Proposal on Promoting Centralized Heating in Jiangsu Province to Save Energy."

During the meeting, Chairman Xu Wenqian, along with other members of the CPPCC, listened to and studied the speech of Xin Changxing, Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. At the meeting, Secretary Xin Changxing engaged in in-depth discussions with everyone, focusing on the key word "confidence." He stated that this year is the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and it is essential to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on Jiangsu's work and the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, prioritizing action and striving for progress to make greater contributions to the overall national situation with new development achievements. Confidence is crucial for doing a good job this year. The CPPCC is an organization of great unity and alliance; in the new year, it is necessary to unite and lead the vast number of CPPCC members, adhere to the organic combination of Party leadership, the united front, and consultative democracy, and draw the largest possible circle of unity and struggle.

Proposal on Supporting the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Vehicle Industry

Located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta, Jiangsu Province possesses a solid foundation for the development of the hydrogen energy industry, encompassing population distribution, port logistics, end-user demand, industrial strength, and hydrogen production methods. Hydrogen-powered vehicles represent a crucial future direction for the automotive industry, holding significant importance for energy structure adjustment and environmental protection in Jiangsu Province and nationwide. To this end, Chairman Xu Wenqian proposed a "Proposal on Supporting the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Vehicle Industry." The proposal suggests that Jiangsu Province should further increase its support for the hydrogen energy vehicle industry, including issuing more policies to guide industry development, constructing hydrogen infrastructure such as hydrogen refueling stations, and encouraging technological innovation and talent cultivation. He also mentioned that Jiangsu Province can learn from successful domestic and international experiences, introducing and absorbing advanced technologies to promote the rapid development of the hydrogen energy vehicle industry.

Proposal on Promoting Centralized Heating in Jiangsu Province to Save Energy

Chairman Xu Wenqian, addressing the current energy and environmental challenges facing Jiangsu Province, proposed a motion entitled "On Promoting Centralized Heating in Jiangsu Province to Save Energy." He pointed out that with rapid economic development and improved living conditions, the demand for centralized heating is increasingly strong in some cities of Jiangsu Province, especially in the northern regions. However, the current heating systems in Jiangsu Province are mostly decentralized, resulting in low energy efficiency and significant environmental pressure. Chairman Xu Wenqian suggested that centralized heating systems could not only improve energy efficiency but also effectively reduce emissions, thereby achieving the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Chairman Xu Wenqian has consistently focused on his core business and responsibilities, integrating his practical work into the overall national development strategy and always resonating with the needs of the country.
