The bidding process is as follows: Invitation to Tender → Acceptance of Invitation → Bid Quotation → Bid Opening → Bid Evaluation → Bid Negotiation → Determination of Winning Bidder and Share Ratio → Contract Signing;

The tendering party will organize the bid opening. Bidders are required to be present at the bid opening. An evaluation committee will be organized to evaluate the bids, determining the winning bidder based on a comprehensive assessment of each bidder's price, quality, delivery period, payment method, and service. After the winning bid, a notice of award will be issued to the winning bidder, and a contract will be signed.

III. Bidder Qualification Requirements

3. Willing and capable of providing the products and services procured for this project, and acknowledging and voluntarily complying with our company's supervision and management regulations for suppliers;

6. Possess the ability and reputation to sign and fulfill the contract, and have a sound debt-bearing capacity;

7. Not listed as a dishonest executor, not listed in the list of enterprises with abnormal operations, and the legal representative and principal responsible person are not listed as dishonest executors and are not subject to consumption restrictions, nor are they listed on our company's blacklist of dishonest entities;

8. Two or more legal entities with the same legal representative (spouses and other direct relatives are considered the same person), parent companies and subsidiaries, and companies with the same shareholders are not allowed to participate in this project simultaneously.

9. Meet all the qualifications and requirements in our company's procurement documents and possess all legal and valid qualifications required to fulfill the contract.

IV. Registration and Tender Document Requirements:

1. Registration: Interested partners can contact the Procurement Management Department before January 14, 2025 to obtain the tender documents.

2. Requirements for Bidding Documents

(1) Bidding documents should be prepared according to our company's format requirements. All documents must be stamped with the bidder's official seal, and the page numbers must be consecutive.

(2) Bidding documents should include: technical solutions and commercial solutions.

(3) Regardless of whether the bid is successful, the submitted bidding documents will not be returned.
