Groundbreaking Ceremony for Jiangsu Aosheng (Civil) Aviation Composite Materials Project

The event was held in the Specialized and Innovative Industrial Park of Pingwang Town, Wujiang District.

District Party Secretary Li Ming, District Deputy Party Secretary and District Mayor Sun Jianjiang, Chairman of Aosheng Technology Xu Wenqian, and General Manager Wang Xiaoqing attended the groundbreaking ceremony. District leaders Qian Yu, Dai Dan, Tang Weiming, Sun Junliang, and Fang Yong also participated in the event.

The Jiangsu Aosheng (Civil) Aviation Composite Materials Project is a key project planned and laid out by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Aosheng Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and represents Aosheng Technology's pioneering move into the low-altitude economy industry. With a total investment of approximately RMB 1.102 billion, the project will focus on high-performance aviation prepregs, airframe structural component design and production, and UAV assembly. Driven by independent research and development and guided by technological innovation, the project will strengthen the depth and breadth of industry-academia-research cooperation, actively attract various mid-to-high-end talents, and further increase R&D investment in composite material molding technology, automation improvement, and UAV application expansion. The goal is to build a safer, more efficient, and intelligent low-altitude economy industry model, with an expected annual output value of approximately RMB 1.1 billion upon completion.

Since its establishment, Aosheng Technology has been deeply involved in the field of carbon fiber composite materials, with carbon fiber consumption exceeding 10,000 tons for many consecutive years, holding a significant position in the industry.

In recent years, Aosheng Technology has closely followed the national "dual-carbon" strategy, focusing on emerging industries such as wind power, new energy storage, and new energy vehicles, achieving high-quality leapfrog development. While focusing on its core business, Aosheng Technology, with keen insight and forward-looking planning, established Jiangsu Aosheng Civil Aviation New Materials Co., Ltd. as early as last year, laying a solid foundation for the company's entry into the low-altitude economy industry.

The Central Economic Work Conference at the end of last year listed the low-altitude economy as one of the strategic emerging industries. This year, the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (NPC & CPPCC) included the low-altitude economy in the government work report for the first time, as a specific task to accelerate the development of new quality productivity. In April this year, the Suzhou Low-Altitude Economy Development Promotion Conference was held, thoroughly implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important requirement to "accelerate the development of new quality productivity according to local conditions," and issuing three important documents, providing comprehensive guidance and policy support for the development of Suzhou's low-altitude economy.

The establishment of the Jiangsu Aosheng (Civil) Aviation Composite Materials Project vividly demonstrates Aosheng's commitment to leading the way and taking on major responsibilities as a private enterprise, and is also a concrete measure taken by Aosheng to keep pace with national development trends.

The successful groundbreaking ceremony marks the official commencement of the construction phase of the Jiangsu Aosheng (Civil) Aviation Composite Materials Project. In the future, this project will become a new engine for the development of Wujiang's low-altitude economy, making significant contributions to promoting the integrated development of technological and industrial innovation.
