On October 17, Zhang Wenxian, member of the Standing Committee of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, Wu Zhipu, Deputy Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, Liu Jianjun, member of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, and Ding Hongyu, Vice Mayor, led a team to investigate the construction of major projects in Jinjiang City. Key leaders from the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee Office, Development and Reform Bureau, and Investment Promotion Office accompanied the investigation.

Secretary Zhang Wenxian and his delegation visited the Jinjiang Aosheng Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Industrial Park, where they listened to a detailed report from the project (person in charge) on the project overview, construction progress, and technological innovations. Currently, the Jinjiang Aosheng High-Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Materials project is under construction. Upon completion, the project is expected to produce 8 million square meters of carbon fiber prepreg, 20 million pairs of thermosetting sports shoe soles, and 320,000 carbon fiber golf clubs.

Secretary Zhang Wenxian stated that it is essential to study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech during his inspection tour of Fujian, to comprehensively promote high-quality development, adhere to the "two unwavering principles," innovate and develop the "Jinjiang experience," and fully stimulate the investment and entrepreneurial vitality of the whole society, striving to create a more beautiful new picture of Chinese-style modernization through pioneering and innovation. The Jinjiang Aosheng High-Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Project is a key investment project in Jinjiang City. The government will, in accordance with local conditions, increase its support and guarantees for the enterprise, providing one-stop, point-to-point, and comprehensive services. It is also hoped that Aosheng will deeply grasp the practical requirements of developing new quality productive forces, increase R&D efforts, accelerate the transformation of research results, continuously enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness, lead industrial innovation with technological innovation, and contribute to the high-quality economic development of Jinjiang.
