Recently, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the symposium on promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and in accordance with the cooperation projects of the 2023 Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Joint Conference on Construction and Co-construction, and to further deepen the reform of the industrial workforce and strengthen the selection and exchange of cross-regional and cross-industry craftsmen in the Yangtze River Delta, the trade unions of Qingpu District, Wujiang District, and Jiashan County jointly held the "Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Featured Craftsmen" selection activity. After unit recommendation, qualification review, expert evaluation, and approval by the organizing committee, 10 candidates for the first "Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Featured Craftsmen" were selected, including Mr. Zhang Keke, Deputy General Manager of Aosheng Technology.

As a post-90s generation, Zhang Keke has been working in the field of carbon fiber composite materials since graduation, and has been engaged in related work for nearly 10 years. Currently, she serves as the Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Aosheng Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd., primarily responsible for the production and R&D, quality control, development of new customers and new product applications in the wind power new materials sector, as well as the improvement of existing technologies and processes, and the auditing of system procedures. Since joining the company, Ms. Zhang has led and participated in several major industry projects, including carbon fiber composite plates for wind power carbon fiber beams, and has repeatedly promoted the implementation of these projects and the mass production of products, contributing to the development of carbon fiber blade production and the wind power industry through her actions.

Zhang Keke led her team to win the "Vestas 2023 Global Supplier Best Quality Award". Her meticulous cost reduction plan saved the company more than 10 million yuan. She has won the company's "Outstanding Contribution Award" for many consecutive years. At the same time, she has won the titles of "China Patent Award of Excellence", "Jiangsu Provincial Society of Composite Materials Youth Science and Technology Award", "Gusu Key Industry Shortage Talent" and "Suzhou Outstanding Talent". She has been awarded many honors such as the China Society of Composite Materials Wind Power 4A-level and Composite Sheet 3A-level Science and Technology Achievement Certificates. She has obtained more than 10 invention patents, 19 utility model patents and 2 design patents.
