To continuously enhance the company's competitiveness and strengthen customer-centric business processes, Aosheng Technology launched an upgrade and optimization project for its quality management system in July 2022. Utilizing quality thinking, the system's operation was continuously improved and optimized, ensuring quality standards were implemented in every aspect of work. After a year of rectification and optimization, the project successfully concluded in July 2023.
I. Highlights of this ISO 9001 System Optimization Project
Product Development Path Determination for the R&D Department:** To support the improvement of R&D capabilities and efficiency, the APQP method was adopted for simultaneous planning and establishment of project management and R&D management processes, forming an independent yet mutually supervised management mechanism. Detailed departmental management functions were also added.
Establishment of Hazardous Substance Management, IT Information Process, and Production Planning Management Processes:** 1. Established comprehensive hazardous substance management procedures and detailed management standards to meet customer requirements while also improving the company's management standards; 2. Addressed deficiencies in information security management processes by establishing IT information management process documents and management standards, achieving standardization of information management; 3. Improved production efficiency and material turnover rate by establishing a production planning management process and enhancing the rationality of planning.
Establishment of Budget Management and Fixed Asset Management Standards:** Optimized quality cost management procedures, budget management standards, and fixed asset management standards, achieving standardization of the finance department's operational processes.
II. Outcomes of this ISO 9001 System Optimization Project

All departments of Aosheng Technology, when audited, used the audit as a mirror to promptly conduct self-inspections from an external perspective. Simultaneously, they attached great importance to the issues identified during the audit process, implementing corrective measures and refining the process as quickly as possible to solidify the foundation for the continued effective operation of the quality management system.
The company will take this successful optimization and upgrade of the ISO9001 quality management system as a new starting point, clearly defining the principles of highlighting key areas, categorizing management, and strengthening guidance. It will establish a quality management mechanism with clearly defined responsibilities, standardized procedures, practical efficiency, and comprehensive control, striving to create an industry benchmark for quality management and build a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the real economy!
