To further study and implement the spirit of Xi Jinping's important speech during his visit to Hong Kong, and to guide Hong Kong compatriots in Jiangsu to work together to help Hong Kong usher in a new chapter, a salon event titled "Striving in Jiangsu"—a forum for Hong Kong compatriots in Jiangsu to study and implement the spirit of Xi Jinping's important speech during his visit to Hong Kong—was held in Wujiang on the morning of July 16. Xu Wenqian, Chairman of Jiangsu Aosheng Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the salon as a guest speaker.

At the salon, Hu Xiaojun, professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Marxism at Soochow University, gave a presentation entitled "The Fundamental Guidelines for Deepening the Practice of 'One Country, Two Systems' at a New Historical Starting Point." He provided a detailed interpretation of the spirit of Xi Jinping's important speech at the ceremony celebrating the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland and the inauguration of the sixth government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, covering aspects such as the practical laws of "One Country, Two Systems," guidance for the SAR government during this critical historical period, and care and expectations for Hong Kong youth.

Chairman Xu Wenqian shared at the salon that he personally experienced Hong Kong's return to China and witnessed its prosperity and development over the past 25 years, and he is full of confidence in its future development. "I have been running my business in Suzhou from Hong Kong for 20 years, and I can feel that the degree of trade freedom has been very high in recent years. It is also a livable and business-friendly place. I also call on young people from Hong Kong to come here to start businesses and develop."
