To encourage key industrial enterprises in our city to attract and cultivate urgently needed talents, and to fully leverage the leading and supporting role of talents in transformation, upgrading, and innovative development, these detailed rules are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the "Several Measures on Further Promoting Talent-First Development" (Suwei Fa [2016] No. 28) issued by the Suzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Suzhou Municipal People's Government.
On December 14, 2020, the application and review process for the Gusu Key Industrial Talent Shortage Program was completed and approved at the 7th Municipal Talent Office Director Meeting of 2020. A total of 2014 people across the city were selected for this program this year, including Zhang Yongxi and Lang Minghua from Aosheng Technology. The list of proposed recipients of funding is hereby publicized.
