1. Responsible for creating process documents such as flowcharts, FMEAs, CPs, and SOPs;

2. Developing and implementing process routes, and collecting process data;

3. Responsible for product manufacturing and problem analysis;

4. Solving process problems.

1. Minimum two years of experience in the carbon fiber industry, with aerospace/military industry background preferred;

2. Personal Abilities:

1) Excellent communication and management skills;

2) Proficient in various carbon fiber composite processes, able to select appropriate process routes based on product requirements;

3) Clear logical thinking, adept at analyzing complex problems and driving project progress;

4) Proficient in process documents such as flowcharts, FMEA, CP, and SOP.

3. Major in composite materials, polymers, or mechanical engineering. (Experience in autoclaves, molding, or composite materials is preferred)
